One Stop users who have forgotten their username can retrieve it provided they have performed one or more of the qualifying transactions on the One Stop site. Qualifying transactions include one or more of the following:

• User has Registered their business on One Stop and has procured a business license.
• User has added at least 1 business license on One Stop.
• User has renewed at least 1 business license on One Stop.
