A. Any person or entity (“User”) utilizing the State of Delaware One Stop Business Licensing and Registration Portal (“OSBRLP”) must comply with all applicable business license and registration laws and filing requirements.

B. The State of Delaware, Division of Revenue, Division of Corporations, Division of Unemployment Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation, Government Information Center, Department of Technology and Information, and any other State agency, officer, or employee of the State of Delaware do not:

i. Warrant the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information published on this website or within any integrated system;

ii. Endorse any content, viewpoints, products, or services linked from this system; or

iii. Assume liability for any losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information.

C. Portions of information on the OSBRLP may be incorrect or not current. Any User who relies on any information obtained from the OSBRLP does so at their own risk.

D. It is the responsibility of the User to pay all applicable fees assessed prior to the issuance of any license or registration.

E. Any license or registration application processed by, and any license or registration issued to User through the OSBRLP, that does not comport with all applicable laws and filing requirements may be rejected or voided.

F. The State of Delaware and its constituent agencies are required to comply with the State of Delaware Freedom of Information Act, 29 Del. C. § 10001, et seq. (“FOIA”). By submitting a business license or registration application through the “OSBRLP”, User acknowledges and understands that FOIA may require the State to disclose, upon request, certain information or data collected by the OSBRLP as well as certain license and registration information deemed "public information" under FOIA.

G. The OSBRLP contains links to other websites, including without limitation, links to websites operated by other government agencies. The OSBRLP Privacy Policy does not apply to linked websites.

H. The State of Delaware, its agencies, officers, employees, and agents cannot give legal or financial advice. For legal or financial questions, Users should seek advice from an attorney or certified accountant.

I. The State of Delaware, its agencies, officers, employees, and agents do not endorse or recommend any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm, or corporation to assist Users with business licensing or registration.

J. In addition to the licensing and registration requirements available OSBRLP, Users need to ensure compliance with local zoning laws, the Division of Professional Regulations, and the Departments of Agriculture, Health, Natural Resources & Environmental Control, State, and Transportation as necessary.

K. Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted once the State of Delaware has accepted payment for a license or registration.
