One Stop Business Registration & Licensing



Thank you for choosing One Stop to register your business with the Division of Revenue and the Department of Labor. To ensure that your registration process goes smoothly, you should have the following information available before you start.

Identification Information - Business and trade names, location and mailing addresses, social security (used by Sole Proprietors only) or federal employer identification numbers, contact person, the taxable year ending date of the business, type of entity, state and date of incorporation, parent company name and their federal employer identification number.

Nature of Business - You will be asked a series of questions concerning the nature of your business and the products and services sold or supplied, seasonal period of operation and the type of business license desired.

Employer Information - Workers Unemployment insurance carrier name and policy number, number of employees, and wages paid by calendar quarter for last five years.

Bonding Information - Non-resident contractors and certain motor vehicle dealers may need to supply bonding information prior to the issuance of a permanent business license.

Payment Information - If you are applying for a Delaware Business License payment must be made by a Master Card, VISA, Discover or American Express credit card. Debit cards and ACH transactions are currently not permitted.
